With COVID-19 continuing to impact people and countries around the world, we want to assure that Damco is fully prepared to keep our team members safe and maintain business continuity at the same time. We have been closely monitoring this evolving global health issue; conferring with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and holding meetings every day focused on our emergency preparedness protocols.
We know tough times would pass but proactive digital communication and effective planning is the need of the hour. Some of the mitigation measures we have taken are:

Facilitating remote working of our employees and ensuring all team members have the resources and equipment they need to continue functioning securely in their roles.

While we understand we can’t control everything, what we can do is maintain our continued level of services for our customers and the welfare of our employees. Currently, we do not foresee any impact on the business delivery from our offshore development centres and like always, we are committed to keeping our service up and running for our customers. We will continue to monitor the situation, assess our plans and share relevant updates as required.
