Founder & Chief Executive OfficerMohit Gupta, the founding member of Damco, is a seasoned IT professional and visionary business leader who brings with him a compelling industry experience of over 30 years. His exemplary credentials play a key role in building Damco’s reputation for its strong technical mindset, result-oriented consensus building, and exceptional ability to forge and maintain foremost client relationships. Mohit is the chief driving force in spearheading the business initiatives and areas of growth for Damco. As a Chief Executive Officer, Mohit has been instrumental in creating a culture of openness and transparency and instilling a “we never let you down” attitude at Damco.
Managing DirectorDimple Gupta, a proactive co-founder, carves a niche for herself with over 25 years of rich experience in planning, strategizing, and monitoring the entire gamut of operations at Damco. As a Managing Director, Dimple is the inspiration and dynamic force behind Damco’s evolution into a well-established and renowned global IT Solutions, Services, and Products Company known for its strong work ethic and stable workforce. Dimple exudes remarkable competence in setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics, and culture.
Managing DirectorManish Gupta is endowed with around 25 years of profound experience in the IT industry. As a Co-founder and the Managing Director, he has been playing a pivotal role in formulating Damco’s vision and business strategy. His consulting experience across businesses and expertise in mobilizing multiple business lines has been a driving force for strengthening Damco’s various processes. With an enviable client list, Manish has been at the helm of several crucial transitions in Damco, including key alliances, capacity growth, process initiatives, business development, and proactive participation in leadership internationally, thereby expanding its business footprints globally. He believes that people are central to each product or service that Damco has to offer.
Director – SalesAditya is instrumental in supporting large-scale, transformational programs for both our B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of industries including Insurance, Manufacturing and Logistics, Healthcare to name a few. He is adept at building and launching successful practices through the impressive management of business lines and operations. Aditya has been steadily driving and managing our sales initiatives with his extensive experience in areas like Business Development, Key Alliances, Capacity Growth, and Relationship Building.
Vice President – PresalesDevansh with a stint of over 18 years has steered fast growth and has played a key role in evolving Damco’s business through broad strategic insights in technology and novel product offerings. He is responsible for thoroughly understanding complex end-to-end customer solution needs and make recommendations, estimations, and proposals. He has a proven track record of creating differentiated business-driven solutions to help our clients gain a competitive advantage.
Vice President – Service DeliveryGaurav is a path-breaking professional and business savvy enterprise architect with extensive industry experience of over 18 years. Gaurav authenticates the delivery of superior business outcomes for customers while formulating and delivering state-of-the-art technology and business solutions across various domains. He has been instrumental in the development and execution of complex and large projects and bringing business efficiencies through his expertise in project management methodologies of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
Vice President – Marketing ServicesRicha is a strategic leader responsible for growing and managing the marketing function and services at Damco. With an extensive experience of 15+ years, she drives the organization’s marketing roadmap and strategizes business generation. She has been working across the client segments to build new offerings leveraging emerging technology and establish alliances under Damco’s Consulting Practice. With her expertise in marketing strategy, Design & UX, marketing technology, and branding initiatives, she has helped numerous clients with their marketing operations, communications and product marketing initiatives.
Vice President – HRA strategic and result-oriented HR partner with over 20 years of rich and varied experience, Prerna has been central in building company’s human capital capability through keystone involvement and systemic value addition. She has played a key role in making Damco a nimble organization banking on its workforce asset. As a proven industry leader, she is an extremely passionate executive who is vision-driven, intuitive, and tenacious with the focus on re-imagining leadership and people practices in the digital age.
Vice President – Finance & AccountsSunil handles the company’s corporate finance, planning, investor relations, financial reporting and analysis, risk management, and corporate development functions. With an extensive industry experience of over 16 years, he possesses master insights in finance function. He has been central to bringing business efficiencies and has played key roles in several company-wide initiatives. With his focused vision, Sunil has helped in optimizing Damco’s performance in line with its business and financial plans.
Vice President – Salesforce PracticeAlok heads the Global Salesforce Practice at Damco and drives our Consulting, Implementation and Product development programs. He is a CRM and Technology Consulting leader with over 15 years of rich experience in conceptualizing, designing and rollout of various enterprise-scale products and solutions. He has successfully initiated and driven Salesforce partner programs and technology teams to bring in the desired value proposition in the Salesforce ecosystem. He has proven ability to rapidly understand customer requirements and convert them into highly effective technology-based business solutions.
Head – Insurance PracticeA specialist in Insurance Technology and services with over 15 years of experience in Business Consulting, Digital Transformation and IT solutions around Insurtech space. Holding finesse in relationship building and business process analysis, she travels across the globe for business discussions and successfully convert prospects to customers by extending right-fit solutions for their diverse technological needs. She has a deep understanding of achieving revenue growth and even extends strategic support on digital efforts, resulting in business leads.

He is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of excelling in ITeS, managing Profit Center Operations with a strong focus on implementing industry best practices, driving operational excellence initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. He has been pivotal in driving business efficiencies by streamlining and reorganizing the existing processes and plays a crucial role in driving many organization level initiatives. Gurpreet is known for his ability to lead diverse teams and empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
