A. We believe in flat reporting structure. However, for administrative purpose, we have various levels in the organization mapped with project based reporting structure.

Q. What is the focus of training in the organization?

A. Learning at Damco is continuous and ongoing. We believe that leadership qualities can emerge while working on various projects and managing key events as a part of the team.

Being a CMMi Level 3 organization, the competency mapping of individual is done through the various routes of on job coaching, training programs, job rotation and enlargement. Off-the-job training for various programs conducted by reputed trainers /institutions or in house trainers will also take place by nomination processes.

After joining, every individual is required to go through the induction process in order to gain a broad view about the organization, its values and ethos, processes and business while meeting and interacting with the relevant people across departments. Talent Transformation has a mandate to provide technical & business skill training based on the departmental and divisional need.
